Terms of Use

1. Research use only

All products sold by Vyro Research Pty Ltd ("Vyro", "we", "us") are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes. They are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use, and must not be used as drugs, medicines, food additives, cosmetics, or for any form of diagnostic or therapeutic application.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution or organisation, and that you possess the knowledge, facilities and training required to handle research chemicals safely.

2. Acceptance of terms

Your access to and use of this website and any purchase made through it constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase from us.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, purity figures and Certificates of Analysis are provided in good faith and reflect analytical results for the batch stated. They do not constitute medical, health or dosing advice of any kind. Vyro makes no representation regarding the suitability of any product for a particular research purpose.

4. Orders and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Vyro does not store full card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we reasonably suspect the product is intended for a non-research purpose.
• Pricing and availability may change without notice.

5. Shipping and risk

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day via tracked express post in insulated packaging. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or incorrect address details.

6. Returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds, we cannot accept returns once dispatched, except where a product is faulty, damaged in transit or does not match the published Certificate of Analysis. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyro excludes all liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from the misuse of its products, including any use contrary to Section 1. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Vyro name, molecular mark, wordmark, photography, product descriptions and design, is owned by or licensed to Vyro and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
